CUG Student Secures Internship at International Telecommunication Union

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) announced on February 25 that ZHU Xingyu, a student from the School of Geography and Information Engineering, has secured an internship position with the organization. He will travel to Geneva to participate in international affairs and cooperative work in the field of information and communication technology for a six-month term. During the internship, he will contribute to conference organization, technical documentation compilation, and support for global telecommunications cooperation projects.

ZHU was selected for this position based on his solid professional foundation and cross-cultural communication skills. Working in this international environment, he will gain valuable experience while contributing youth perspectives to global telecommunications governance.
