Leveraging the Belt and Road International Center for Geoscience Education and Training, CUG aims to jointly develop professionals in the field of mineral resources, contributing to the China-African community with a shared future.

James Kimonyo acknowledged CUG’s achievements in international education and expressed gratitude for its contributions to the education of Rwandan students. He noted that the friendship between China and Rwanda has endured throughout time, and during the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), the two countries elevated their relationship to a comprehensive strategic partnership.
