In the recent 12th CUG Teaching Competition for Young Faculty, WANG Lianxun from the School of Earth Sciences and 6 teachers won the special prizes, SUN Yubao from the School of Materials Science and Chemistry and 8 teachers won the first prizes, SUN Mengdi from the School of Earth Resources and 13 teachers won the second prizes. The School of Earth Resources, School of Engineering, School of Public Administration, and School of Arts and Communication won the outstanding organization awards.
The contestants were divided into the Group of Geosciences, Group of Natural Science (excluding Geosciences), and Group of Liberal Arts & Social Science. The Competition consisted of design, presentation, and oral defence.
