OUYANG Hui, associate professor from the Department of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, School of Engineering, was given the Xu Zhilun Outstanding Teachers Award of 2019 by the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (CSTAM).
OUYANG has been giving non-major basic mechanics courses at CUG since 1996
The Xu Zhilun Outstanding Teachers Award is set up and awarded by the CSTAM biennially to commend those teachers who does well in the educational reform, teaching, and researching of mechanics. In2019, there were 5 teachers from Hubei Province among 83 awardees nationwide.
