JIANG Shu, Dean of the School of Sustainable Energy, presented the development plan for the School from four aspects: origins, current status, tasks, and prospects. He stated that the School of Sustainable Energy is established amidst a global context of new opportunities in renewable energy and domestic transformations in the energy structure driven by the country’s dual-carbon goals. Supported by CUG’s academic disciplines, the School will capitalize on its strengths in the coordinated exploration, development, and utilization of geological Sustainable Energy - geological energy storage - geothermal energy & hydrogen energy & solar energy, aiming for an international academic community in the field of Sustainable Energy.
