The CUG project “Geomicrobiology and Major Environmental Transformation of the Earth” led by Prof. XIE Shucheng and in cooperation with Peking University, Chinese Academy of Science, and other organizations isfunded by the Major Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Another CUG project “Ecological Modeling Study of Complex Policy Decision Scenarios” led by Prof. YU Shiwei has become a subject of the NSFC-funded project “Theory and Methods of Policy Intelligence”.
