​CUG Teacher and Students Win Three Gold Medals in China Rock Climbing League

The teacher and students from the School of Sports Science and Physical Education won three gold medals of women’s speed competition, men’s speed competition, and men’s difficulty competition in the 2020 China Rock Climbing League (Nyingchi) on September 26.

LIANG Rongqi (teacher) took the first gold medal with 6.18 seconds in the men’s speed competition. NIU Di (postgraduate student) finished the women’s speed competition in 6.81 seconds and set a new world record. In the men’s difficulty competition, PAN Yufei (undergraduate student) won another gold medal as the only contender going to the top.
