About Us
CUG Alumni Association was set up in June, 2003. The Secretariat of CUG Alumni Association is in charge of its daily affairs.
The mission of CUG Alumni Association is to serve the alumni, the university and society. With 41 chapters in countries and regions like the Chinese mainland, the US, the Netherlands, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong, CUG Alumni Association has over 300,000 members,
Alumni Services
1. Provide information of alumni organizations, fellow alumni, and CUG;
2. Organize homecoming events and offer special meals, visits to the museum, and alumni souvenirs;
3. Organize the Summit on Geological Resources and Environment with the support of CUG as a platform; tap on the information and academic advantages of the Summit, and provide science and technology cooperative opportunities, consultancy and human resource support to alumni enterprises;
4. Form an alliance of CUG alumni entrepreneurs, take advantage of CUG’s influence in the area of geological resources and environment, so as to integrate resources of education, science and technology and alumni, and give play to the intelligence and strength of alumni entrepreneurs home and abroad, boost alumni careers, and support the commercialization of research results and the development of CUG.
