CUG Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Nagoya Institute of Technology

The Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between CUG and Nagoya Institute of Technology (NITech) was held on December 9. CUG President WANG Yanxin, NITech President UKAI Hiroyuki, Heads of Units, Heads of Schools, and the teachers and students of the School of Automation attended the ceremony. GAN Yiqun, Director of the International Cooperation Office, presided over the Signing Ceremony.

WANG delivered a welcome speech. He believed that the signing of the MOU marked the beginning of the comprehensive cooperation between CUG and NITech. CUG would strengthen the cooperation and exchanges with NITech, design joint education programs for postgraduate students, and further the relationship between the two universities.

UKAI thought that it was the responsibility for a university to conduct international collaboration and to cultivate talents. He hoped, through cooperation and exchanges, the two universities could progress international exchanges together.

According to the MOU, both sides would cooperate in the field of control concerning information exchange, postgraduate education, scientific research, faculty visits etc.
